Bullbars

Aluminium bullbars built to order in Brisbane for popular utes and 4WDs.

Select your vehicle for the right fit

A bullbar is the full-width bar that fits across the front of your ute or 4WD. It's the bigger step up from a nudge bar, for drivers who tow, tour remote roads or simply want more coverage than a compact frame gives. Our range covers Toyota, Ford, Isuzu, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, Hyundai, Kia, LDV, Great Wall, Haval, Iveco and Mercedes, and we also build bullbar and HRack sets for Ford, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Volkswagen. Recent builds have gone out polished, black, ripple alloy, brush finish, and powder-coated in white and antique silver.

Every All Bars bullbar is designed and built to order at our Seventeen Mile Rocks workshop in Brisbane, from 6061-T6 aluminium. They're airbag compatible, so your vehicle's safety systems work as the manufacturer intended, and each one is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for the life of the product. We're a family-owned Brisbane business and we've been building in Queensland since 1996, so there's over 30 years of local manufacturing behind every bar.

Fits include the Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu D-Max and Nissan Navara. Not sure which suits your vehicle? Check all vehicles or request a quote with your make, model and year and we'll confirm fitment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a bullbar and a nudge bar?

A bullbar is a larger, full-width bar built for heavier protection. A nudge bar is a compact frame that sits in front of your bumper and suits everyday driving and a cleaner look. If you tow or tour remote roads, a bullbar is usually the better match. We build both, so tell us how you use your vehicle.

Are your bullbars airbag compatible?

Yes. Every All Bars bullbar is airbag compatible, so your vehicle's safety systems work as the manufacturer intended. Each product is also guaranteed against faulty workmanship for the life of the product. If you have questions about your specific vehicle, call us on (07) 3279 6422.

What are your bullbars made from, and what finishes are available?

We build from 6061-T6 aluminium. Most products can be supplied polished, satin or powder-coated, and powder coating is the toughest and most popular choice for daily drivers and touring rigs. Recent builds also include ripple alloy and brush finish bars. Tell us your vehicle and we'll talk you through what suits.

Which vehicles do you make bullbars for?

We make for almost all major makes and models, including Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Isuzu, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Kia. Our bullbar range also covers LDV, Great Wall, Haval, Iveco and Mercedes. Send us your make, model and year and we'll confirm the bar suits your vehicle before you commit.

Can you fit it, and do you ship Australia-wide?

Both. Our team can fit your bullbar at our Seventeen Mile Rocks workshop, or we can supply a fitting kit with instructions for a DIY job. We ship right across Australia, with freight calculated by product size and destination. Request a quote online, call, or drop in, and we aim to reply within one business day.

Are bull bars legal in Queensland, and what do inspectors check?

Queensland's inspection manual treats a bull bar as defective if it interferes with airbags or crumple zones, blocks the driver's view or required lights, isn't firmly mounted, or isn't designed to minimise injury to pedestrians and cyclists. Other states have their own rules, so check yours if you're registered elsewhere. Tell us your vehicle and where it's registered and ask us before you order.

Does a bull bar affect how much weight my front axle can take?

A bar adds weight at the front. Western Australia's rule is that a vehicle's front axle load, with the bar and any accessories fitted, must not exceed the manufacturer's front axle load rating, and it's a sensible guide wherever you are. We don't publish product weights on the site, so check your vehicle's rating and ask us about the bar and accessories you have in mind.

Can you match my vehicle's colour or do a custom finish?

Finishes we've supplied include polished, satin black, textured black, ripple black, hammer tone, brushed, and antique silver and white powder coat. We've done custom colours before. Send us your make, model and year, plus a photo or your paint code, and we'll tell you what's possible. Please ask before you order, as we can't promise an exact match to every paint.
