Select your vehicle for the right fit

A nudge bar protects the front of your ute or 4WD from everyday knocks: car park bumps, low-speed scrapes and the marks that wear a bumper down. It's a lighter, tidier alternative to a full bull bar, and it keeps your vehicle's lines clean.

Every All Bars nudge bar is designed and built to order at our Seventeen Mile Rocks workshop in Brisbane, from 6061-T6 aluminium. They're airbag compatible, so your vehicle's safety systems work as the manufacturer intended, and each one is backed by our workmanship warranty. Aluminium keeps the weight down, which means less load on your suspension, and polished, satin or powder-coated finishes let you match your vehicle. We've been building front-end protection in Queensland since 1996.

Fits include the Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux, Isuzu and Hyundai. Don't see your vehicle? Request a quote and we'll confirm what suits your make, model and year.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a nudge bar and a bull bar?

A nudge bar is a compact frame that sits in front of your bumper and guards against everyday knocks. A bull bar is a larger, full-width bar built for heavier protection. If you mostly drive around town and want a clean look, a nudge bar is usually enough. If you tow, tour remote roads or want more coverage, ask us about a bull bar. We build both.

Are your nudge bars airbag compatible?

Yes. Every All Bars bull bar and nudge bar is airbag compatible, so your vehicle's safety systems keep working as the manufacturer intended. Every product is also guaranteed against faulty workmanship for the life of the product.

What are your nudge bars made from, and what finishes are available?

We build from 6061-T6 aluminium, which gives you serious strength at a fraction of the weight of steel. Most products can be supplied polished, satin or powder-coated. Powder coating is the toughest and most popular choice for daily drivers and touring rigs. Tell us your vehicle and we'll recommend what suits.

Which vehicles do you make nudge bars for?

We make for almost all major makes and models, including Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Isuzu, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Kia. Send us your make, model and year and we'll confirm it suits your vehicle.

Can you fit it, and do you ship Australia-wide?

Both. Our team can fit your nudge bar at our Seventeen Mile Rocks workshop, or we can supply a fitting kit with instructions for a DIY job. We deliver right across Australia, with freight calculated by product size and destination. Call (07) 3279 6422 or request a quote with your postcode.

Will a nudge bar interfere with my airbags?

It shouldn't, but it has to be shown. Queensland's inspection manual says that on a vehicle with airbags, a bar is acceptable only if the vehicle manufacturer certifies it for that vehicle, or the bar maker demonstrates it doesn't affect ADR compliance or airbag timing, usually shown by a plate or sticker. Tell us your make, model and year before you order and ask what applies to your vehicle.

Can I fit driving lights to a nudge bar?

Many of our nudge bars are built with light tabs or spotlight tabs, so it's worth deciding on your lights before you order. Queensland rules say additional driving lamps must work only on high beam, have their own on/off switch, and number no more than four. Odd numbers, including LED light bars, must meet the TMR driving lamps information sheet. Tell us what you want to fit when you ask for a quote.

Will a nudge bar work with my parking sensors or front camera?

We've built nudge bars with front sensors for vehicles including the Mitsubishi Triton, Mazda BT-50, Volkswagen Amarok, Renault Trafic and Holden Colorado, and for a GWM Cannon with a front camera. Every vehicle is different, so send us your make, model and year, and which sensors or camera it has, and we'll check it against our past builds before you order.
