1. Business Information
Allbar Vehicle Products Pty Ltd (ABN 48 662 073 305), trading as AllBars, operates from 13 Hasp Street, Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD 4073, Australia.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are manufactured to order and priced on a quote basis. Prices are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of shipping unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as agreed in the quote. Full payment is required prior to dispatch or fitting. Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card.
4. Manufacturing & Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the product and current workload. Estimated manufacturing times will be provided at the time of ordering. AllBars will endeavour to meet quoted timeframes but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
5. Shipping & Delivery
AllBars delivers Australia-wide. Freight costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Products are dispatched via reputable freight carriers. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier.
6. Warranty
AllBars products are covered by a warranty against faulty workmanship and defective materials. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, improper installation, or modification. Warranty claims must be made in writing to sales@allbars.com.au.
7. Returns & Refunds
As products are manufactured to order, returns are accepted only for defective items. Please inspect your product upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days. Refunds for defective products will be processed after inspection.
8. Compliance
All bullbars and nudge bars are manufactured to comply with Australian Design Rules (ADR). Products are airbag compatible and designed for on-road use in Australia. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products comply with local regulations in their state or territory.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AllBars' liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the product, or a refund of the purchase price. AllBars is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
